AI and Tools Marketplace
The AI models and delivery tools your teams may use, from in-tenant models to the OpenAI and Claude APIs, each approved by an administrator.
Learn moreSeventeen agents, 59 sub-agents, one delivery model, and a person approving every step.

SyncupHUB includes seventeen persona agents, each shaped to one job in the delivery chain, from the PO Agent that checks a request for missing information to the Deployment Agent that drafts the rollback runbook. Beneath them, 59 sub-agents monitor every move in the delivery. Every agent proposes rather than acts: a person reviews and approves the output.
Each agent is already shaped to its task, so nobody has to invent a prompt to get a useful answer.
Every agent reads the same hierarchy, capacity and evidence, so the Risk Agent and the Report Agent never tell two different stories.
An agent drafts a requirement, a plan or a test recommendation, and a person reviews, edits and decides. Nothing it proposes becomes delivery work on its own.
Agents use only the AI providers your administrator has approved, inside your tenant or with a named external provider.
Stated plainly, before a demo does.
Seventeen persona agents, one for each job in the delivery chain: PO, Design, Architecture Intelligence, Scrum Master, Capacity Planner, Timeline Planner, Risk, Engineering, Quality Review, Security Review, Integration, Release Advisor, Deployment, Delivery Triage, L1 Support, L2 Support and Report, with 59 sub-agents beneath them.
Yes. The PO Agent is AI for product owners: it checks a request for missing information, reviews product fit and backlog overlap, and drafts requirements and acceptance criteria. It proposes; the product owner keeps priority and approval.
Yes. The Scrum Master Agent prepares ceremonies, chases impediments that have gone quiet and turns a retrospective into owned actions, and SyncupHUB syncs work with Jira in both directions, so agile teams keep their Jira boards while the agents read the same delivery model.
No. Every agent proposes and a person decides. An agent can draft a requirement, a plan or a test recommendation, but its output stays a draft until someone with the right role reviews and approves it, and that approval is recorded.
The ones your administrator approves. Agents can run on models inside your own tenant or on an external provider under your AI provider policy, such as the OpenAI API behind ChatGPT or Anthropic’s Claude API. Reaching an external provider is a decision you make, not a default.
A general assistant answers whatever it is asked, from whatever it is given. SyncupHUB agents are each scoped to one job and read the same live delivery model, so their answers are grounded in your work and agree with each other.
