SyncupHUB Canvas is a collaborative visual board for discovery, planning and design, built into the same workspace that runs delivery. Sticky notes, flowcharts, UML, ERD and architecture diagrams live on it, and any shape can link to a real story, risk or decision, so the thinking from a workshop does not end up as a photograph.
Discovery, quarterly planning, customer journey mapping and feature brainstorming each have a reusable template.
Teams add sticky notes, shapes and connectors at the same time, and the board keeps a history of every change.
Any note or shape can link to a story, risk or decision, and dependencies surface as ideas connect, while the workshop is still running.
AI-assisted diagram proposals arrive as suggestions you review before anything lands on the board.
Stated plainly, before a demo does.
Canvas is the visual board inside SyncupHUB for discovery, planning and design. It supports sticky notes, templates, flowcharts, UML, ERD and architecture diagrams, and links any shape to the story, risk or decision it is about, so workshop output becomes linked work.
Yes. Canvas imports from draw.io, Mermaid, Visio and selected Lucidchart exports. How faithfully a diagram comes across depends on the format, so a complex diagram is worth a quick review after import.
Any note or shape can link to a story, risk or decision in the workspace. Because Canvas runs on the same platform as delivery, those links are live: the story on the board is the story in the backlog, not a copy of it.
AI can propose a diagram, such as an architecture or a flow, and the proposal appears for review. Nothing is added to the board until someone accepts it.
