Questions

What does the delivery health check measure?

How early your team is likely to see a delivery problem, across eight practices: requirements, status, forecasting, risk, dependencies, testing, release decisions and AI use. Each answer scores from 0 to 3. The score reflects only your answers; it is not compared with other teams.

What should we fix first?

Start with the lowest-scoring practice that sits earliest in the work. Unclear requirements and status compiled by hand cause problems further down, so fixing them often lifts the later scores too. Change one practice at a time, and check again in a month.

Is my data stored?

No. The check runs in your browser and keeps nothing; reload the page and your answers are gone. Use the copy button if you want to keep or share your result.

Do this on your real delivery.

SyncupHUB checks requests as they arrive, reads status and risk from the work, and keeps the evidence for every release, with AI that proposes and people who approve. Cloud is free for the first month.
